Scale Before Processing

Modified on Thu, 29 Feb at 10:56 PM

The Scale Before Processing feature is available on the Unified Canvas.

Automatically enabled by default, the Scale Before Processing automatically uses a larger resolution for generating selected areas if it would be supported by the selected model, in order to generate higher resolution images.

In the example below, the Bounding Box is selecting a 320x320 region - However, the Scaled generation will generate an image at 1024x1024, then resize the output into the selected region within the bounding box.

This is commonly used to increase the amount of detail generated by the model, and to help created intricate & correct details on smaller elements of the generation.
