How do I download data from my Invoke account?

Overview

Depending on your permissions, you can download different types of data from your account:

• Admins can download all project and trained model data
• All users can download individual boards they have access to
• Admins can download trained models from the Model Management tab

Note: Training datasets are not included in data exports. Please contact [email protected] if you have questions

For Admins: Download All Data

Admins have access to a comprehensive data export option that includes both project and trained model data.

To download all data:

1. Look for the "Download all data" option accessible from the banner announcement at the top of your account
2. Click the option to initiate the download
3. You will receive an email containing your project and trained model data

What's included:

• Project images, organized by project, board and user
• Trained model data

What's not included:

• Datasets

For All Users: Download Individual Boards

Any user can download boards they have permission to access.

To download a board:

1. Navigate to the board you want to download
2. Right-click on the board
3. Select the download option from the context menu

For Admins: Download Trained Models

Admins can download individual trained models that users have created.

To download trained models:

1. Navigate to the Model Management tab
2. Locate the trained model you want to download
3. Select the download option for that model

If you're unable to download data or don't see the expected options, please verify:

• Your account permissions (admin vs. user)
• That you have access to the specific board or model you're trying to download
• That models have been fully trained before attempting to download
