Use preinstalled upscaling models or upload custom upscaling models in Invoke to have more control of the upscaling process.
Note: If you are using the Community Edition of Invoke (e.g., running Invoke locally on your computer) please refer to the Upscaling Models - Community Edition page
Getting started
General Upscaler (4x SwinIR) and Illustrative Upscaler (4x NMKD) models are preinstalled as system models in your hosted product. You can add these models to your project using the dropdown located on the Models page in Project Settings.
Using Upscaling Models
Once an upscaling model has been added to a project, you can select the desired model using the Upscale Model dropdown menu within the Upscale tab
For more information on how to use the Upscaling tab, visit the Dedicated Upscaling tab support page.
Installing Models
Install supported models using Model Uploads on the Manage Account Models page that can be accessed via Account Settings or by clicking Manage Account Models within Project Settings.
You can install models found online, just like other model types. OpenModelDB and Hugging Face are popular places to get these models. You can upload files directly or copy the model's download link and paste in into Upload New Model to install.
You will need to add any installed models to the desired projects via the Models page in Project Settings
